The personal data of a particular user includes such information as:

- Date and place of birth,

What data we collect
We collect information in order to ensure the best quality of our services. Most of the data considered personal is collected directly during the following activities:
- Project estimation (name and surname, email address),
- Application submission/recruitment (name and surname, address, e-mail address, contact number, date and place of birth),
- Chat (name and surname / Nickname, e-mail address),
- Newsletter (e-mail address),
- Google location (address).
However, while providing services, we also collect additional information to ensure the optimal performance. These methods of data collection may be incomprehensible to users, so we will discuss them briefly below.
Technologies for remembering
They allow us to examine the user’s behavior in the network. Clicking the field that the user uses allows us to collect a variety of data, including analytical data on the way in which the user uses our website. Thanks to this, we can offer better-matched products, better interface, better graphics of both websites and mobile applications. Communication with the users
We may contact the user of our site directly or indirectly, with his consent or if it is permitted based on legitimate interests. These contacts may include:

Although the information collected in this way does not contain personal data, such as name, address, payment details, etc., it is used and made available by these service providers in accordance with their own personal data protection rules.
Targeted ads or offers related to interests can be presented to the user based on his behavior on our and other websites and based on the products he owns. These offers will be displayed as a variety of advertising banners with products presented during web browsing.
We also work with third parties to manage our advertising on our and other websites. Our partners may use technologies such as cookies to collect information about such behavior, to place ads tailored to the user based on his behavior and interests, and to test the effectiveness of advertising.
Our website and mobile applications contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the practices of personal data protection or the content of external websites. Please read the rules on the protection of personal data of the website you visit.
Deleting personal data
If the user requests the deletion of his personal data, and this data is necessary for the purpose of legally conducting business activities, or for the purpose of keeping the documentation required by law or concluded contracts, he will be always informed about the lack of consent.
In all other cases, the requested data will be deleted.
Storage and storage of personal data
We comply with generally accepted standards regarding the storage and protection of personal data we collect, both when it is transmitted and when it is received and stored, including the use of encryption/closure, as appropriate.
We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary, and for the time required by law or legal business purposes. The following retention periods may apply:

- in order to preserve, establish, secure or enforce our statutory rights and resulting from concluded contracts,
- necessary to conduct adequate and accurate business and financial documentation.
Based on Article. 47 par. 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the transfer of personal data to a third country may take place if the country of destination provides on its territory an adequate level of protection of personal data.
It should be noted that the quoted provision reflects the content of art. 25 ust. 1 of Directive 95/46 / EC, according to which Member States shall ensure that the transfer to third country of personal data being processed or intended for processing after their transfer may take place only if – regardless of compliance with national provisions adopted under other provisions of this Directives – the third country concerned will ensure an adequate level of protection.
In the light of the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and European Law, transfer of personal data to a third country is, in principle, possible only if the state provides an adequate level of protection of personal data.
